Online Registration

The player or academy completes their profile through the website.

Information entered includes:

Personal details (name, date of birth, nationality)
Sporting background (clubs played for, position)
Physical data (height, weight, preferred foot)
Video links and references

Once registration is complete, the application fee is paid through the online payment system. After the payment is confirmed, the player is placed under evaluation.

Preliminary Evaluation

Our scouting team (representatives from Africa, Asia, and Europe) thoroughly reviews each player’s profile.

Evaluation criteria include:

Technical skills (passing, shooting, ball control)
Physical capacity (speed, endurance, agility)
Game intelligence and character
Development potential

At this stage, 22 main and 22 reserve players are selected. Qualified candidates are invited to participate in the StarRadar Development Camp

Career Planning

A personalized development plan is created for high-potential players, including.

Evaluation criteria include:

Technical and individual training programs
MAP (Maximum Athletic Performance) sessions
Media and professionalism training
Club matching and transfer consultancy

All processes are conducted in accordance with FIFA RSTP (Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players) standards

Trial Camp – Turkey

Selected players attend a two-week professional camp.

Program includes:

Daily field training session
Tactical analysis and performance assessment
MAP session
Support from psychologists, dietitians, and medical staf
Professional coaching and technical team

All equipment, accommodation, meals, and transportation are covered by the organization.

Post-Camp Selection Process

Based on the analysis conducted by the technical team, contracts are signed with the most successful players.
Players are put in contact with professional clubs.
Players who are unable to complete the camp return to their countries on pre-arranged return tickets.
